Southland Studio is a web design and marketing studio built for local service businesses across Southern California — contractors, shops, and studios who do great work but whose websites haven’t caught up to it.
Every project comes out of hands-on client work: HVAC and mechanical contractors, an auto body shop, a bakery. That range is by design — the same principles that make a good site for a collision repair shop make a good site for a cake shop: fast, honest, and built around the customer walking through the door.
There’s no account manager, no hand-off between a designer and a developer. You work directly with the person building your site, from the first conversation to launch and beyond.

Page structure, service language, and calls to action are shaped around how nearby customers compare contractors, shops, and service providers.
Custom Build Quality
Design and development stay connected, so the finished site can stay fast, accessible, responsive, and easier to maintain.
Search Foundations
Titles, descriptions, headings, crawlable pages, image text, and measurement checks are treated as part of the website work.
Scope, Handover and Support
Before work starts, the written quote should identify the pages and features, deliverables, revision scope, and launch responsibilities. Confirm source-code access, hosting and domain accounts, backups, third-party costs, and deployment access as part of that scope.
Ask for the included support tasks and duration in writing. Ongoing updates and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately; hosting, domains and paid tools may have recurring costs.
